Affiliate accounts that remain inactive for 6 consecutive months (no tracked activity or response to communications) may be removed.

If an account is terminated due to breach, abuse, or fraud:

• Any unpaid or pending commissions will be forfeited; and
• You may not rejoin the Affiliate Program without prior written approval.

Affiliates must use only approved affiliate links and creatives.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Incentivised traffic (cashback, rewards, points, or compensation for clicks or purchases);
• Cookie stuffing or forced cookie placement;
• Pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, hidden frames, or browser extensions that set cookies without clear user intent;
• Domain forwarding or direct redirection to our Website via affiliate links;
• Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to make purchases).

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring tracking links function correctly. We are not responsible for untracked sales caused by modified, broken, or misused links.

Default cookie tracking duration is 30 days. We do not guarantee tracking where cookies are deleted, blocked, or overridden.

Affiliates may not use our brand name, trademarks, or confusingly similar variations in:

• Domain names
• Social media handles
• Paid ad display URLs

Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as [Company Name] Ltd, imply official partnership beyond affiliate status, or replicate the look and feel of our Website.

Affiliates may not publish or associate our brand with content that is:

• Unlawful, misleading, or deceptive
• Adult, violent, discriminatory, or hateful
• Politically extreme or socially harmful

Where required by law, Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g. "This post contains affiliate links").

Affiliates may not run paid advertising campaigns bidding on:

• Our brand name
• Brand misspellings or close variations
• Our domain name or URLs

Affiliates may not direct-link paid ads to our Website without prior written approval.

Email or messaging campaigns promoting our services require prior written approval.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR, PECR, and CAN-SPAM where applicable.

Emails must not imply that they originate from [Company Name] Ltd.

Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded, non-fraudulent purchases.

Commission approvals are typically processed monthly.

Commissions are paid monthly, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect information.

Any applicable taxes on commissions are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

We do not guarantee:

• Approval into the Affiliate Program
• Any minimum level of traffic, conversions, or commissions
• Continued availability of the Affiliate Program

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, structures, or tracking methods with reasonable notice.

Affiliates act as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship.

Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent [Company Name] Ltd.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Name] Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Indirect or consequential damages
