We turn a UK registration (VRM) into a report covering tax status, MOT status/history, stolen and write‑off markers, outstanding finance, and mileage consistency (availability varies by vehicle/source), then provide plain‑English guidance that helps buyers act.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to grow Check A Car by owning acquisition strategy across high‑intent UK search, conversion-focused content, and lifecycle messaging. Your work will help buyers understand what to check, why it matters, and how to interpret results—while driving sustainable growth.
In this role, you'll work with content creators, designers, and growth specialists to build our brand and reach new audiences. You'll use data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing tools
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
What You'll Do
- Own acquisition strategy across SEO, content, and conversion rate optimization
- Build content that matches UK buyer intent (e.g. MOT history, tax/SORN, write‑off categories, finance checks, stolen markers, mileage anomalies)
- Improve landing pages and product messaging (VRM flow, pricing/checkout, sample report) and measure impact
- Collaborate with Product to explain “trust and limitations” clearly, reducing confusion and support contacts
- Report performance with a tight KPI set (organic growth, conversion, CAC, retention/return checks)
- Coordinate agencies/vendors where helpful (design, PR, content)
